Baristatic surgery is a unique procedure performed on the digestive system for patients who are suffering from health conditions due to obesity. The surgery requires significant changes to the patient's diet during the pre-op and post-op processes. 

The Baritastic team built an application to simplify the pre-op and post-op process for patients. After the company was acquired, the acquirer contracted BrainX to revamp the Android and iOS versions of the application.

The BrainX team completed the engagement on time despite challenges with the existing codebase. The finished product simplified the onboarding process, improved the processing time, and improved the overall customer experience by adding additional diet and fitness tracking features.
